Hose reel was easy to locate and mount to a post. Only two items to address: 1) Would like to see a location to store the extra nozzle (2 are provided) when not in use, or a place to store both during the winter since we see freezing temps. 2) The scroll that moves the hose guide when retracting is plastic of unknown material. Would be a nice upgrade for minumal cost for it to be an industrial type of plastic, i.e. Nylatron, Delrin, etc.. I see this being the main failure point, hopefully not with regular maintence/inspections. Beyond that, it is nice and very easy to use.

Owned one from another franchise it was no where near as good for 3x the price

The hose reel works great and seems to be well built but the plastic cover pieces in the center of the sides WILL NOT STAY ON

Wow wow wow I never thought I would say this but this reel is great easy to install and so convenient it will blow your mind, I found it so incredible I bought a second one . The only recommendation I have is get the 5/8 one the half inch one is amazing but the flow volume with the 5/8s one is 10 time better.

Absolutely love this hose. Plenty of reach, and no chance of running over the hose with the lawn mower. The only flaw is that the hose kinks rather easily, which is why I didn't give this product a "5".

Haven't used it much. We'll see how it lasts.

I've had it for a month and get use every day. HAS HAD NO PROBLEMS. WISH I GOT IT A YEAR AGO.. LOL.

Should have bought the one with 3/8 hose

Product is sturdy works great. The mounting bracket and connecting rod could be a little stronger. The rod that hold the unit to the bracket is plastic that will wear out or break in time. The nozzles that come supplied are of poor quality. Over all great for normal use around the house and takes up very little room.

Luv how it recoils. Luv the quality of mounting and its ability to swivel 180 degrees. Only wish I had my eyes open enough to realize I ordered 1/2 inch hose size because it limits my ability to have a stronger water pressure when cleaning up after the dog. Recommend you definitely go with 5/8 size and wish they had a 3/4 inch size hose. Went with 100 ft length and that’s great. Looking to potentially by another if they come out with a bigger hose. Ability to disconnect and put in basement during winter is also awesome and super easy. I’ve purchased many over years and this is the best one I’ve ever worked with. Thank you.
