Hose could be a bit more flexible. Great product otherwise.

Very nice hose reel . Hose and garden nozzle are a little cheap. Works as expected. .

Besides the mount being broken and we had to rig it to make it work, Its a very good hose. Just didnt hold up to rough shipping.

The item works as it should. I had a little trouble getting the nozzle end to stop leaking. I would use fully threaded anchor screws instead of the ones they sent with it for a tighter bit into what ever you are mounting it to. Those are the reasons I am only giving it a 4 star. Everything else works great on it. customer service did help correct the leaking issue. The great customer service alone is the reason I will stay a customer with vevor they where great and when you send them pictures of videos of your issue it helps speed up the process.

We bought two one already leaks. Hard to get customer service.. I bought other things that have issues.

So far so good. Just hoping it holds up. I was hoping for a bit more solid bracket for mounting. Reel works great, novel is cheap plastic but very smooth to opperate.

The pin the hold the unit to the bracket was missing. Tried getting ahold of customer service but to no avail. Had to make my own, and of course, all the pictures I’ve taken of it the system does not accept.

When I used this to rinse off my deck, the hose kept bending and stopping the water flow. I had to keep stopping my work and straightening the hose so the water would flow through. The hose kept bending in a "V".
