This is a decent product. The quality of the product is excellent and it works absolutely as advertised!
However.
I have great water pressure where I live but the small diameter hose on this exact model does reduce the water flow significantly. If you need a good flow of water from your retractible hose system, spend the extra money and get the 5/8 inch model.

Chris Good product
Works great. Only complaint is that hose does not fully retract if there is pressure/water in the hose because of how much the hose swells.

We are using the retractable hose reel in a boarding stable and so far it is holding up well. Some difficulty with the self rewinding but works very well with a little assistance. No more horses stepping on a hose laying in the aisles!

Richard I like it and the idea behind it.
I have not really put it to much use yet. I do not have a suitable place to mount it on my mobile home so I will have to dig a hole and plant a post. The unit is substantially weighty. The bracket for mounting looks good but I still think there will be a significant amount of weight pulling the bracket and post. Time will tell if it is a problem.
I did connect it and use it. I had to hold it down to pull the hose out, but the water did run and I did not see any leakage.

Zaenkrat vse dela super in smo zadovoljni, skrbi me le notranji mehanizem za navijanje, ker je večino iz plastike.
Upam, da bo dolgo zdržal.

The hose reel is of good quality. I do struggle a little to get the hose to fully retract. I suspect that the space inside the reel may be a little tight so the hose is restricted for the last couple of metres. It doesn't affect use of the hose- just makes it more difficult to fully tidy it away
