Only used 1 year and is already spraying water from somewhere inside. Not the happiest to spend 120.00 and only last this long. This unit was brought in during winter also.

This has been installed for 3 weeks and the pivot pin is already distorting, will you replace it something better?

This is the the first Gen. It's cheaply made I wanted the gen2 model But nothing on there website states it's te older model.

While I love the overall design, I feel the 1/2' hose does not provide enough water output. Half of the spray options just dribble the water out. I wish I would have went with the 5/8" hose but then it did not come in 145' length.

Shipped quickly. Install was failrly simple. I was impressed by the metal hanging bracket. But I have only used this 3 times and the reel stopped working! I have NEVER allowed the reel to freely wind. I have always guided it by hand and was extremely disappointed this morning to hear the spring inside the reel unwind while winding my hose.

The reel would not work correctly , it would not pull the hose all the way back in, the side cover fell off and would not stay on, at that time I noticed it was broken

leaking from inside … probably a hose problem ?

Didn't make the anniversary, I was pretty happy about the product. Bought it mid August last year, used for three months, put it away, bring out this May, I have to replace the spray nozzle and now the hose stucked inside the housing on the left side where the drive belt is. What a waste.

Leider nach 6 Monaten kaputt. Verliert Wasser am inneren Schlauchanschluss. Leider kommt man nicht dran ohne die Trommel zu öffnen und den Wickelmechanismus zu zerstören. Sehr schade, sonst eine gute Schlauchtrommel.

Spring unwound on the first use. Unable to reel the hose back in, even by hand. Very unsatisfied why a product that should be better than that. Support gives very nice advice such as: try unrolling completely and try again. As if we where totally clueless. SPRING IS BROKEN.
