Harold Awalt Retractable hose
I Bought 2 of these for my shop the one indoors still works fine but the one out doors the spring broke and it don't retract any more very disappointed in this product I was wondering if they would send me another one hopefully it would be a better model my company buys quite a bit of things on the site hopefully they'll do something

I drilled holes in my brick house to mount this thing as per the directions. Opened the water valve and ran out 45 ft or so to water my new plants. I was just standing there watering when i heard the real completely unwind. First time using it and it was toast. VEVOR wants you to send video pictures and then try to wind this piece of trash back up and fit it back into its original box so YOU can send it back to them. I could hear screw rolling around inside it. You get what you pay for. They shouldbhave just sent me a new piece of junk .lol Thanks VEVOR!

Broke within a few months, and the support has been absolutely atrocious, they take about a week to get back to you, even when a support request is marked as being urgent and they say they will reply within 48 hours, the support department is clearly understaffed

When you pull the hose out most or all the way, and retract it the whole thing shakes so bad u til the pin comes out of the bottom. Have to be very careful, it’s only plastic
