I bought this hose reel for the ability to store the hose easily. If I want to chemotherapy nozzle I hsve to wait until the hose is completely empty, otherwise the connection on the hose, not the nozzle, just spins. When retrieving the hose I have to basically guide the hose left and right so it doesn’t bind. Truth be told, I really like this system. Just a few kinks I able able to work with. I probably should have waited for the larger version in the length I wanted.

Fixation au mur un peu compliqué car les trous sont assez proches, mais il tient parfaitement sur 2 vis finalement. J'ai rajouté des rondelles car la fixation est en plastique.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix, par rapport à ce qu'on trouve sur le marché.
Je recommande vivement...

Came with a bad copper fitting and leaks really bad called customer service left a message no response so I sent a email twice and no response, I would call that poor customer service at best 3 days later and still no call back and no response to email I would definitely not recommend this item
