While using this retractable hose reel. It stopped going all the way in. Now I have about 5 feet of hose hanging out the front that won’t go inside the reel. I have not had this very long. I have two other ones that work perfectly, this one, however, is not working.

I bought 2 hose reels. The one I bought in September has a faulty hose fitting. This matter is under review at vevor. I just put in a replacement request, just waiting to hear back. This review wiil change depending on the outcome from vevor.

I have 1 Gir@ffe retractable hose and wanted a 2nd for my garage hose. Found a great price on this one but it is just OK. The real makes clunking sound when extending and retracting, the hose is quite stiff, and it often needs a little help winding back in even if the hose if fully drained. It is OK for occaisional use but I'd be very frustrated if I had to deal with the shortcomings daily.

This device has a weak water stream compared to other garden hoses. If water pressure is important to you, then buy 5/8 hose instead of 1/2 inch hose.

Works ok. Hose is chinsy.

One good thing but several not so good of things. The length of the hose is great, but the length and size of the hose is also detrimental if you don't have the pressure and flow to push the water through such a small sized hose. I have half the pressure I normally would with a larger hose. Also, the crimped end of the hose leaks non stop (where the sprayer gets twisted on).

Shipping is good, fast The return mechanism not working smoothly stuck at times, you have to be very careful pulling out and returning the hose to get it worked
