The attachments that come with the hose leak pretty good as they don’t get tight enough to the hose. Filled up 1/2 a 5 gallon pale while we were away for a day, that’s how bad the leak was since it isn’t tight enough to the hose.

Bought this unit awhile ago. Most products from vevor has been excellent and this product has been decent except for the quick connect on the nozzle and the nozzle with the handle, they've both failed! Hopefully Vevor will see this and replace these pieces.

We got the 145 ft hose so the auto retract function doesn't really work. We have to walk the hose back in sections if it’s pulled out more than 15 ft. The water pressure is also lack luster but that was kind of expected with the hose length. I love that the hose housing moves in the direction it’s being pulled. Our nozzle function to kelp the it spraying without holding the trigger does not work. We’ve tried adjusting the knob on the back and it does not tighten enough to make this feature work so you have to manually hold the trigger to use it which is very irritating when filling water bowls for farm animals especially when some bowls can take up to 10 minutes to fill up. I would try buying a smaller hose length in the future but would not repurchase the 145ft hose there’s just too many features that do not work. We have a large farm with a large garden which is why we wanted the longest hose but it would have been better for us to just purchase multiple of the shorter hoses where these features actually work than this.

Well, it's a Chinese import, the bras fittings are of a fairly low quality I will be replacing them soon. The 1/2 inch hose has low flow compared to the a 5/8 hose. I use it strictly for watering patio plants. It does retract well.

THE HOSE REEL WORKS GOOD BUT WE LIVE IN ARIZONA......THE HOSE ITSELF IS BLACK.....WHILE WATERING, THE SUN HEATS THE HOSE UP TERRIBLE IN A VERY VERY SHORT TIME.....THEN WHEN YOU TRY REELING IT BACK UP, YOU HAVE TO WALK THE HOSE BACK BY HOLDING ONTO THE HOSE END NOZZLE OR IF YOU TRY RUNNING THE HOSE ITSELF IN WITH YOUR FINGERS, THE HOT HOSE REALLY BURNS YOUR HAND. ALSO, THE HOSE RETRIEVE SPRING IS SUPER STRONG SO YOU REALLY CAN'T JUST BE LET GO BACK BY ITSELF...IT WOULD SELF DESTRUCT SLAMMING INTO THE REEL CASING. THE HOSE SHOULD NOT BE BLACK. IT SHOULD BE REFLECTIVE WHITE OR LIGHT COLORED SO IT DOES NOT GET SO HOT. IT GETS SCALDING HOT IN SHORT MINUTES.

The hose is OK and, obviously allows water to pass through it. The 'gun' is very good. There are a couple of issues: 1. The bracket supplied does not allow the unit to fit flush to a wall. 2. It is very difficult to pull out the hose. So much so , my wife is unable to pull the hose out

It leaks at the connection to the house.it leaks at the connection of the sprayer.
