Need to order new outside cover if pot

For the price the quality has been great. Came with everything I needed to mount it and two nozzles, was ready to go in 10 minutes.

love this hose reel now im thinking on pulling the trigger and get a second one. good quality and easy to use. i mounted it to a 4x4 post and to boot put a solar light on top.

Installed this for my wife at the side of the house and she loves it! The roll retraction is strong and the installation was easy. I don’t know about longevity since I just installed it but so far I highly recommend this.

I bought this to replace one of my two garden hoses and will probably be buying a second one. The self retracting is honestly the best feature. I no longer have to worry about the hose getting messed up on the reel. I do wish I bought the 1/2" hose and not the 3/4" but my next purchase will be the 1/2".

Gamechanger when it comes to buying a garden hose. Why buy a hose separately when you can get it with a retractable reel? The hose is made of plumbing grade material so should last a long time. So far the reel seems to be of good quality. I will be replacing my other hoses with the same product.

This is without a doubt the best hose that I have ever owned. Men, want to please your gardening wife..this hose is the one for you..ordering another one for other side of my house. It's so easy...grandkids can operate this retractable hose easily

Works great. Will purchase another for backyard

Oh man, I really love this retractable hose reel!! It is very easy to set up and is such a joy to use. I like the way it swivels from side to side, and it has a 100-foot range. It used to be such a hassle to hook up my old hose and then find a place to store it. This hose reel system is attractive and has a great nozzle for all kinds of use. I had to order a 2nd one for the back yard. I am very satisfied with this set up. Thanks. Tom

I couldn't be happier with this retractable hose reel! It has completely transformed the way I water my garden. The setup was straightforward, and the mounting hardware included made installation a breeze. The reel pulls out smoothly and retracts effortlessly with just a gentle tug—no more fighting with tangled hoses or messy coils all over the yard. The build quality is excellent—it feels sturdy and durable, even after daily use. I also love the swivel feature, which allows the reel to pivot with me as I move around the yard, keeping everything tangle-free. Plus, the included hose nozzle has great water pressure and multiple spray options, which is a nice bonus. Not only does it work perfectly, but it also looks sleek and keeps my yard neat and organized. If you're tired of dealing with clunky hose storage or constant untangling, this is absolutely worth the investment. Highly recommend!
