This 130’ retractable hose is perfect tools for my backyard. I have compare 8 different similar product online, there are no other brand have 130’ in this price $149. The overall quality is very good, the mounting bracket is heavy duty, the hose quality is very good too, only the sprinkler head quality is acceptable. The retractable mechanism is very strong, I have tried pulled out about 100’ and it can retract itself fully without any issue.

ottimo prodotto, materiale di qualità consegna nella norma. ampia scelta di pagamento. lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono un prodotto di ottima fattura.

I bought this thing based on the excellent product I bought from them earlier, a 50' retractable air line. Excellent product it was, actually bought a second one. This hose reel seems a little bit not so excellent. The rather large pin that the unit swivels on, it's actually a little on the weak side. It's already flexing/bending while holding the reel on the mount. In my opinion, this pin should be made of a heavier material considering the weight of the water that is inside the hose wrapped up inside the unit. I also have a concern that should this hose ever need replacing, I'm not sure that it can be. You'd have to take the reel apart and even then, can the hose be replaced? I don't know. When pulling the hose out of the reel, you know, to use it, it seems a little tough to pull it out. Not to the point where I'm forcing it, but a little bit of effort is needed. It's not nearly as smooth as the retractable air line. Also, the instructions are that you're supposed to turn the water supply off at the source before rewinding the hose. Kind of annoying. Why would we be instructed to do that extra step? Any other hose winder I've had previously, never had to do that, and it worked fine. Now mind you, those were manual hose winders, does it make a difference? I don't know.

Works as described. Definitely go with the 5/8" if given a choice. The hose diameter pretty much dictates what length you can get on a reel. Spray gun is cheaply made. Mounting was easy.

It could only be better if it was a metal case inserted of plastic.

We love this retractable hose reel, our only issue is the reeling function. Sometimes it goes all the way in but most of the time it stops at the last 4-5 feet and it takes a few times of pulling it out and reeling it back in before it goes all the way to the ball stopper. Other than that, its good!

Would have liked a quick disconnect to connect to house water source

I bought two of the 5/8" x 65'. So far, they are working well; however, the hose, quick connects and spray handles do not have an inside diameter of 5/8", so flow is a bit choked off. Disappointing.....

I purchased the 5/8" x 65' reel. I have lots of water pressure in my area. The 5/8" was recommended. It is harder to pull out. It retracts very well. You need to hold on to the hose when doing so.
