Well made hose reel. Only issue, I had was finding a 12mm concrete drill bit. Ended up using a 1/2 inch, not perfect but it was all I could find. Functional,nice looking,easy to install. Probably learned a lesson,found another for my back yard at a much lower price. Still haven’t received it, time will tell. Be safe and get it from Vevor, fast delivery,no problems.

I’ve had this VEVOR retractable hose reel installed for a few weeks now, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade for my backyard setup. As someone who’s constantly watering, rinsing tools, or cleaning off the patio, this has made a huge difference in convenience. The 100-foot hose length gives me plenty of reach to hit every corner of my yard without dragging around a tangled mess. The retractable function works smoothly—just a quick tug and it reels back in like a charm. No more bending over or fighting with kinks. I also really appreciate the 180° swivel mount; I can swing it out of the way or angle it exactly where I need it. It takes a bit to pull it out 100', but heck 100' of hose is heavy. If you need 100', bet it, if no, get the shorter one. The build feels solid and well-made for the price point, and installation was pretty straightforward with the included hardware. Now, for the one small issue: the plastic trim piece near the reel pops off almost every time I use it. It’s not a dealbreaker—it snaps back on easily and doesn’t affect performance—but it’s worth mentioning. A dab of glue or double-sided tape might solve it permanently. Overall, this hose reel has seriously leveled up my outdoor setup. If you’re tired of wrestling with traditional hoses and want something that looks clean, performs well, and makes everyday yard chores easier, this is a great buy—just be ready to snap that trim back in now and then!

Great concept. Well made. Only issue is the diameter of the hose. 1/2" decreases the overall water pressure.

Wished I got a larger hose size. May upgrade later all good so far

Works well for watering in the garden and very easy to put away when done.

Its nice but does not always want to full roll up. Could be i have not used it enough but i like it.

Works great... love it... only issue is when nozzle gets tightened down the house end thread spin making it nearly impossible to get nozzle off.

Easy retractable usage. Note this 1/2 inch diameter with long hose may cause some flow pressure issues as may have some pressure restrictions. If in doubt purchase the 5/8 inch diameter version

Specifiek de 40m voor de tuin genomen, wat een gemak ook bij terug oprollen. Lijkt me kwalitatief hoewel nog maar 2x gebruikt. Ook installatie verliep vlot.
