Hose when pulled out a ways kinks very easy. Needs to have a better hose

While it doesn't look like it was used it does have cosmetic imperfections and that doesn't help with the new item experience. This also worries me as a possible indicator of the general poor quality

Used it for the 5th time and the hose guide has stopped working. It will not roll up the entire hose with this piece on working.

It lasted 2 years then the rewind broke. I have 2 others that I purchased in the last year. Work ok. I had Stanley brand on my last house and they were 10 times better.

Very easy to assemble. Cheap nozzle, could be better quality

First time i pulled it out to 75' belt came off...still won't retract all the way...hose has to roll up perfect or it hits the top case. Too be determined...
