amariewatson Not durable
Purchased in April 2026, used for 3-4 months and removed and stored for the winter months. This summer the hose stopped reeling in completely, about 70% and stops. We were told by customer service it is out of the warranty and that they also do not carry parts for their products. It was great, until it wasnt....so longevity and durability is not there with this product and customer servies does not stand behind the product.

Ben H. Retractable Hose Reel
Dear Customer Support,
I am writing regarding my recent purchase of Retractable Hose Reel.
After using it twice this past weekend, the spring came loose and the hose is no longer retracting back inside.
Could you please assist me with a repair, replacement, or warranty claim?
Thank you,

GoSaints junk
cheap Chinese junk. I bought two. one for my mom and hers broke 6 months ago. one for us and it broke yesterday. of course the VEVOR warranty is up. they last about as long as the warranty. I assume you get what you pay for.

Susan Hall Unreasonable failure
With only modest use over 2 months this reel stopped retracting the hose and it has no backup handle to rewind by hand. With a 1 year warranty, one would expect a straight path forward- NOT so. First, I was asked for a video demonstrating its malfunction. My grandson came by to make and send the video. After that, I was asked to provide another video demonstrating it's destruction to "inoperable". This is not only insulting but an unreasonable breach of warranty. If they need to validate it's dysfunction, they can pay for return shipment, as most retailers require
