Shipping is good, fast
The return mechanism not working smoothly stuck at times, you have to be very careful pulling out and returning the hose to get it worked

The hose reel is great, But the plastic mount is garbage! The whole thing saggs really bad. I thought I saw a steel mount in the ad.

So I bought two of these. The first one I bought I love no issues. The second one it leaks water out of bottom. I’ve contacted Vevor three times now they keep asking for pictures or videos. I’ve sent it both times and I’m still waiting for a response as to When they’re going to send me a new one and I’ll send them back the old one. So right now it’s 50-50 shot if you’re gonna get a good one or not.. vevor has still not settled this problem . The way they want videos or pictures sent is not easy since all I own is an iPhone. I take a picture and they won’t accept it or a video and it says it’s a problem. Good luck when you order this.

Was always a little hit and miss to lock and unlock the reel. Yesterday it quit reeling in. Going to try and take it apart and see if it's fixable

It has a spraying leak inside the plastic casing. Instructions say do not open. I'm somewhat okay with it, just NOT happy with it. Should NOT leak any where.

50 ft. hose reel is nice but the 4 mounting bolts were not big enough. I had to go buy 4 bigger bolts that cost me $13 in additional cost. Not happy about that. Should get a refund.
