Quality is not what I expected. Everything is plastic and feel very cheap. The nozzles it comes with are absolute junk. The hose is the cheapest grade hose typically sold. I don’t see it lasting more than one season. I wish it was better because the concept is great.

Fixation au mur un peu compliqué car les trous sont assez proches, mais il tient parfaitement sur 2 vis finalement. J'ai rajouté des rondelles car la fixation est en plastique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, par rapport à ce qu'on trouve sur le marché. Je recommande vivement... A acheter sans hésiter, j'ai pris celui de 30m

Poor pressure vs our regular hose. We even tried taking the nozzle off still no difference.

Product works ok. Upgrade to the bigger hose. Spring isn't strong enough to roll the entire hose up. Fittings are cheap a leak.

The quick release is really cheap, first time I connect to it with there sprayer it broke

Only 5 days later I could have paid half of what I did pay. And there's not much pressure because hose is soo small

We I purchase a good bit from Vevor but this purchase was below average. The real itself is good but the hose is below par and the spray nozzle is pure plastic junk. Just an honest opinion. Thanks

Buyer beware, if all you need is a cheap occasional 1/2” garden hose this may work for you. This hose reel is advertised as an 5/8” x 65’ hose a reel. What they fail to tell you is the 5/8” is the OD hose measurement . What you actually get is a 1/2” hose. Also the hose is extremely stiff and not great cold weather. The hose already has a kink after only a few uses. The hose is not replaceable. I tried to return this reel after trying it only once without water and was given the run around. I guess I’m stuck with it for this season. I don’t believe it will last any longer. Best to look elsewhere.

First off I was very excited to get this hose reel. That being said once received and installed the disappointed set in. First I ordered the ½" hose , should have ordered the ⅝" but not the end of the world i can deal with that. What really had me upset was the ¾" male end where the nozzle screws on was way to short and would disappear in the nozzle making it impossible to tighten. I added a second rubber washer in an attempt to leaves enough of the male end out so it could be tightened but then it just spun on the crimp and you couldn't tighten the nozzle enough to stop it from leaking. All said and done I had to order ½" to ¾" male barbed end cut the hose and hose clamp it to the hose in order to be able to put the nozzle on and get it tight. I should of sent it back and got a refund but I don't have the time or patience to deal with it so I just made it work. Next time I think I will just make a trip to Home Depot and buy whatever the have on the shelf. Very disappointed !

Unit arrive damaged. The hose connector to the waters faucet was bent. I sent an email in two weeks ago and have not heard anything back. Disappointed.
