1/2 inch hose doesn't provide alot of pressure. Takes twice as long to get anything done. I do like that its off the ground and the retractable feature.

Over all it’s good. But it has super low water pressure is the only down fall. I wanted to buy 2 but will go a different route now that I know it has low pressure

Nathan Not retracting properly after 3 uses
39,5 m 12,7 mm
Purchased this hose reel after seeing multiple good reviews on line to provide water to our chickens that are located approx 100ft from our house to make watering them easier. Product came well packaged, as described, and installation was quick and easy. After the 3rd day of use the retracting feature stopped functioning properly. There is an "auger" that guides the hose back and forth on the reel which no longer moves back and forth feeding the hose back on unevenly.
The hose still functions as a hose, just annoying to try and feed it back onto the reel.
Attempted to file warranty replacement through Vevor, but found that process to be almost as aggravating as the hose to retracting properly

Fair price,Easy to install, my main issue is with the hose, seems to kink and then is quite difficult to untangle .and causes an issue at retraction

Alex Okay but not great build quality
Have had this for about a month. At first I was going to return it because it seemed cheaply made especially the nozzle it came with. Made me think that if the nozzle was that flimsy of plastic, what’s the rest of it like?
Kept it and it’s ok. It gets jammed up retracting sometimes and you have to pull it out and try again multiple times. We’ll see how long this lasts.
