I was under the impression by the add that I was getting the new upgraded version and received the old version without all of the upgrades. Buyer beware

It leaks like a sieve out of the device itself. Not at either one of the ends of the hose. I would definitely not buy it again. Not sure if I can get this replaced or repaired or what but I cannot use it the way it is.

I am updating my review. Of the 4 I own, 2 have failed. They do not get used that much but the spring or retrack mechanism seemed to 'let go', when the hose was about 50% extended I heard a bump, bump, bump sound like a spring released. Now it only retracts about half way.

Vegard Flimpsy and cheap
Seems cheap. Stiff hose, leaking o ring after short time use, low quality feeling. For the price you can get a better product. Usually VEVOR is good but this is not.

Extremely hard to pull the hose from the housing. if you are not a very strong person
, dont buy, I hurt my muscles trying to pull. Plus, the hose pulls and rolls right back. I have not figured out how to make it stay, very poorly made.
I am considering to trash, or give away to someone handy, because of the energy that it consumes every time I use.

LJW No pressure!
Received this as a Christmas gift and installed it this week after our driveway was completed. Very disappointing as there isn't any pressure. Pressure at the faucet is strong, but the hose pressure is terrible.

Patrick Absolute junk
Bought two, first one broke within 3 days of use, stopped rewinding in and is now jammed out. Second one started leaking 2 weeks in. Now both are leaking profusely.
