Cómo funcionan las reseñas y calificaciones de los clientes

Thomas Missing Component
I received only one nozzle and two of the four bolts to mount it on the wall. I believe this could be a return unit.

Junk, leaking out of box, no customer service, leaked when turned water on.
Was sent and old white hose one, not the mew ones. Hooked it up and it is leaking inside, took video of it leaking on the 11 , all I get is we have created a ticket if you don't respond in 24hrs we will cancel the ticket. I have emailed back 5 times and that's what you get a robo text back its now the 23 and I am writing this review. go to a box store and at least you will have 30 days to replace, might be 10.00 more but, worth it in the long run.

Cheap plastic would not recommend Extremely cheap quality broke in a week
Extremely cheap quality but broke in a week. I would not recommend. Walmart offers better quality than this.

Jdi Enrouleur arrosage

John Reel broke quickly
Lasted less than a month before the reel quit working. Trying to get a replacement or a refund is a joke. This is the second item that has quit working with minimum use. Cheap for a reason!

Mark President
Not very happy have had the hose rail for less than one year leaks. Customer support is very hard to deal with. They asked to send videos and they only take a specified file which an Apple phone doesn’t do so I don’t know how they expect us to send a video considering there’s thousands of millions of Apple phone phones around like the product until it really leaked

Micah Need alot of water pressure

We live on a farm with a well. This was going to solve alot of issues with getting water back to the garden area however we do not have enough water pressure to fully make it through the hose.

Dose not retract the hose after one month of use, it looked very promising but unfortunately it’s another Chinese imitation
