I waited too long to buy this - very handy to use hose and then reel back in. Unit swivels to front or back yard and the reel is powerful.

Water pools on top. I like metal bracket.

I just reviewed our new vevor retractable hose. My husband just mounted it and I was able to test. I used the spray handle provided. It retracts pretty quick. And swivels pretty good. However Our quick connects which works on every other hose attachment but this one. Thats disappointing, I like to be aw to switch my attachments. Other than that its ok thus far.

Concernant l'enrouleur de tuyau je vous déconseille de l'acheter, le jour de la réception je l'ai desuite installé, mais à mon grand regret une fois déroulé impossible de l'enrouler j'entendais le ressort à l'intérieur qui à lâché prise, donc procédure de sav qui depuis plusieurs jours me font tourner en bourrique j'ai pourtant envoyé le jour même les photos à l'appui, ils te disent attente de l'équipe 48h et te renvoie un mail pour te dire qu'ils vont clôturer le tiquet de toute façon si il ne trouve pas une solution (remboursement ou retour d'un nouvel article) je fais le nécessaire pour...... Rectification de mon commentaire, concernant le dévidoir de 40 mètres qui a lâché dès le premier jour le service client a pris en compte le problème et à fait le nécessaire pour me rembourser la totalité de l'article, Merci à vevor de suivre ses clients et de faire le nécessaire, donc j'ai aussi changer le nombre d'étoiles. J'espère que si j'en commande un autre il feront le nécessaire pour vérifier si il fonctionne bien. J'en profite pour envoyer une photo de l'enrouleur que j'ai démonté et on voit bien le ressort du retour qui a cassé à plusieurs endroits. Donc je recommande VEVOR ils sont top 👍

Have wanted this type of reel for years but could not justify the higher prices they were being sold at. I have bought Vevor products in the past and been pleased with the quality so when I saw this at their reasonable price I grabbed it. It looks great, works great and rolls up nicely. One thing to consider when installing. If you can’t hit some studs or good backing (it’s heavy and cantilevered so needs good support) and the lag bolts with the plugs in my siding were not enough. So I created a base from a 2x8 secured it to the siding then lag bolted it on, very secure now and looks nice. Would recommend this product if you are looking for a nice hose reel.

This was my fourth hose reel purchased. The Vevor retractable reel and the hose bib connecter was damaged. I had it installed and when I went to hook it up I found the connecter damaged, oval. It had to have been damaged prior to packaging. It had been sitting untouched in my garage for a couple of months. I would like a new reel or at least the replacement connecter. I love the product!

I have three Vevor 1/2" hose reels and wanted to try the 5/8" version. The larger diameter hose moves a lot more water which is good. Mounting is easy. I installed a 4x4 post with a PVC post sleeve. I did need to use different screws than provided to mount the bracket. I did not like included hoze nozzle. Turning on the water flow takes a lot of thumb pressure. I prefer the trigger operation of the one included in the 1/2" model. A more serious issue is that the top of the reel handle area is recessed and accumulates water. This stagnant water attracts bugs and mosquitoes. Overall, however, operation is excellent and the price is affordable.

This reel works great in our horse barn , saves us money in plumbing, and mounted high enough to reach but out of the way so horses won’t play with it . Only reason for lower quality rating was the supplied hose end sprayer continued to leak even after changing rubber washer, so I just swapped the vector sprayer out with another hose end dprsyer in the yard and both work now.

I like that it recoils like it should. I used to leave my hoses lying in the lawn until it was time to mow and then wind them up. Now I wind it up and turn the water off for peace of mind. The recoils works so well because of the strength of the spring inside. Consequently when I pull the hose out to use it it takes real effort to pull against that spring, especially uncoiling all 100 feet of hose. My wife is unable to so. I am an older guy now and even I get a bit winded uncoiling it. Just so you know.
