This hose reel seems to be good value for money.

I love this hose because you can keep it tidy and reel back smoothly; my only issue is there's no way to reel back if you're only halfway through the length, you need to pull until the end then it will slowly return.

Over all as expected. Big plus for the hoze that came included. The color was important for me, and it is not as white as the pictures show, more grey. Have only had it for 2 months, so not too sure of quality, seems ok.

These hose reels are amazing. I have 3. No more hose on the ground. I only wish there was a truly kink free hose out there. These kink kind of easy and do not "look" like they will hold up to repeated kinks. I am hopeful based on the quality of everthing else. If you have ever thought for one second about these, don't wait any longer.

Tuyau parfois difficile à extraire et à rentrer après arrosage. Bien dans l'ensemble

One design flaw is the black plastic piece that snaps on around where the hose comes out. It only took a few uses for it to start falling off. Now every time we use our hose, it pops off. Overall, it retracts well and the system does what it should.

Bien reçu dans les délais. quand il est déroulé, il ne se réenroule pas à chaque fois jusqu'à fond. Il faut jouer avec le tuyau pour qu'il rentre correctement. Pour le reste, c'est OK.

Thank for a quality product 👍🏾✅🙏🏽

The water reel is nice overall. The bracket it sits on isn’t the most solid so rolling the line back in while holding it is a must or else it starts bouncing and that hanging plate flexes a lot.

Works great 95% of the time. When it doesn't recall the hose I have to pull all of the house back out. Then it will call for the hose back
