The hose from the spigot to the hose reel twisted easily and chokes off the water access. the grade of the hose seems cheap, but has a very long range in which i ordered. The housing reel is fantastic and charming in appearance.

Easy to install and replaced the 84ft version which was just long enough but did not have any extra slack. This 100' version is exactly what I needed. I should of waited until it came back in stock the first time. A++

Unpacked it when I got it and assembled what I needed. Picked out a spot to install the reel at the front edge of our home. Was easy to install level, but due to the weight of the reel & hose, it has a tilt to it when swung from side to side and doesnt look level. The hose appears to be a rather inexpensive black hose and may need replacing down the road. Only time will tell how long the hose last. The nozzel that came with it, is a bonus feature and glad I didn't need to purchase it. All in all, a solid 4 out of 5 stars... would I buy it again if needed... YES!!!

Super happy with this hose reel. Shipping was quick, great packaging, clear instructions. This is the fourth product that I have ordered from Vevor and I am extremely happy with every single purchase. The reel seems fairly sturdy. If you follow the guidelines for care it should last a while. It's been a great addition to my garage.

Simply great well made product at a great price.
