I bought this hose reel about 3 weeks ago to a month and I like the hose real except for whenever you want to move it you have to bend way over because the handle isn't ergonomic. Other than that nice solid metal Construction should hold up well.

Assembly instructions were not the best, but managed to put together without too much difficulty. I did not tighten the nut holding the connection between reel and supply hose so that caused a blow out with water everywhere. Had to take the reel off and reassemble after putting all the rubber sleeves back in. Very easy job. Tightened with a wrench this time and no problems. Unit is easy to roll around. Would recommend

Pretty easy to setup. All pretty solid. It says holds up to 175' of hose, but it appear to look smaller. But I will add 100' of stainless steel hose. See how the looks. Other than that look solid, easy to setup and move well. I have not attached to water spigot yet. Will update if there is an issue.

I like the unit very much, but it's only my first summer and it's already rusting, I like the fact that I can just roll in the hose and with the hose gaskets no leaks whatsoever but the rain or outside humidity is causing it to rust easily, no that's a shame 🫤

Purchased in July 2026. Very sturdy and easy to use. A little technical to put together.

quality and value as described

good value for the money
