It gets the job done, but the design has some flaws. The most concerning one is that part of the water path goes through the iron body. while the fittings are brass, but the iron/steel pipe in the middle may/will get rusty, and may send rust down the hose, or not last. The placement for the support bar is too far high up and not behind the wheels, making it difficult to get it onto the wheels when trying to move it. Additionally, this is too light-weight and if you pull the hose, it will tip over. I had to hold on to it tightly while reeling in the hose, because just the stiffness of the hose when reeling in is enough to topple the entire thing. Still, I have not been able to find anything better at this price, so I'll keep using it for now.

It would have been rated higher until one of the wheels broke within a year, the metal axle was bend from a minor run in with the cart. It does wind ok, but the rubber handle slid off. Bottom line is, if you need a cheap hose reel and don't plant to move it around, I found it hasn't leaked at the usual connections like other reels do, and that is a big big plus.

It works okay, it’s awkward to put together but decently solid once you do. There are no rubber feet at where it makes contact to the ground so I can definitely see it start to rust from there. That said it’s cheap and even the hose swivel/rotation part or whatever you call it, is made out of brass, it seems better than the plastic hose reel you buy from the store.

I like the way the reel winds up and the height of the unit. I had the plastic one in the past and it broke. Currently this is leaking where the long regular hose goes in, but we are going to check the washer. The metal panels get in the way when you try to tighten the hose connectors so it would be wise to connect the hoses and then finish the assembly at that section.

This is a very sturdy, well built hose reel cart. I would recommend two improvements: bigger wheels and more importantly a longer handle.

Pour le montage, la fiche explicative n'est pas très fournis et malheureusement en anglais... mais ça ce fait tranquillement. Je trouve qu'ils auraient pu mettre 4 rondelles de plus histoire d'en mettre de chaque coté des roues pour évité que le plastique ce fasse bouffé par les frottements avec le métal (ce que j'ai fait car j'en avais). D'ailleurs les roues font un peu cheap et je les trouves trop proche de la structure en métal. Une fois monté et vissé il fait quand même solide je lui est mis un tuyau d'arrosage de 100m et il bronche pas. Les joints qui sont fournis sont pas vraiment adapté, j'ai du en remettre d'autre pour que l'étanchéité ce fasse. Pour le manipulé "enroulé le tuyau" le mieux c'est d'être à 2 (1 qui tourne la manivelle et 1 qui pilote le tuyau) pour que ce dernier soit enroulé proprement, car tout seul c'est un peu galère surtout si il est déroulé sur une grande longueur. Je suis quand même content de mon achat cela évitera d'avoir des raccords de tuyaux qui fuient pour atteindre le muret de la maison pour le laver.
