Upon first use, it became extremely hot within seconds and then stopped working entirely. The motor failed, the auger no longer spins, and the unit is now unusable. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with this entire customer service experience. There has been no efficient way to resolve issues, communication has been slow and ineffective, and the shipping was delayed beyond the promised delivery date. After finally receiving the product, it failed almost immediately. All I did was chop some tomatoes and run them through the machine for a short test. It overheated quickly and then shut down. This caused a major inconvenience, forcing me to complete everything by hand. Given the product failure, the inconvenience, and the poor service experience, I am genuinely disappointed. Date received Aug 28, 2026. Malfunctioned on August 28. Requested refund on August 29. I will be updating my review once VEVOR provides me with a response. Update September 4: I’m extremely frustrated with Vivor’s handling of my refund request. The product arrived defective, I provided all necessary documentation immediately, and yet the company has taken an unreasonable amount of time to even acknowledge the issue. This is not how a reputable business treats its customers. The delay and lack of communication reflect very poorly on Vivor’s commitment to customer care.

I bought this machine to use for processing fruits and veggies. I wanted to get something more powerful than the kitchen aid juicer attachment. This this is awful… leaks from multiple locations due to poor design and a lack of understanding around fluid surface tension. You have to run the “pulp” through the machine 10 times just to get a decent run. I ended up just using the Kitchen Aid. The back pressure valve for juicing is great in theory, but it doesn’t work.

I bought this in anticipation for a bumper crop of tomatoes to replace my old solid hand mill. I don’t know how well the appliance works yet, but getting a question answered is like pulling teeth. They start you out with a ‘live chat’ that basically tells you someone will get back to you with 24-48 hours. No one calls, they leave an email and then you have to explain again and wait again for an answer. I can’t imagine what will happen if I ever need parts. I asked to return, they gave me a 60 dollar credit and told me to keep it. I think it comes from over seas. This may be a great appliance, but I’m pretty sure that was the last time I pay Vevor for anything

No phone number to call to replace the missing part

We were disappointed, because we wanted an electric version of our Victoria strainer that does anything from apples to tomatoes to berries, but the Vevor didn’t work for making applesauce. It grinds up the peels and the seeds and puts it with the sauce. I had to throw out a lot of sauce because I didn’t want my daughter consuming apple seeds . Maybe it works better for tomatoes, I don’t know….

I do not recommend purchasing from Vevor. I bought a tomato strainer that was made from poor-quality materials and failed to function as advertised. My attempts to resolve this directly with the company were ignored; I submitted two return requests within days of delivery, and both were automatically closed without explanation. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, Vevor claimed the issue was "user error," citing an initial question I had about the setup. Because of this, my dispute was denied. I am now stuck with a defective product and no recourse. Buyers beware.

It never arrived. HAd to force a refund

Very poor customer service. One minute they tell you that they have the missing parts and they’re going to send them out only to be lost in transit by the carrier and then turn around and tell you they don’t sell replacement parts which tells me they never had the parts to send me to begin with. You either have the replacement parts or you don’t!!!! The worst part is that when I received my product there was two parts that were NEVER included to begin with and they wouldn’t send me the parts that they neglected to put in the package. Below you will see the parts that were NEVER included the box…. Their mistake but I’m the one screwed because the machine was over $300 with taxes that I cannot use unless I have those parts.

On appearance, it seemed like a good product; however, on first and second use the plastic auger that grinds the tomatoes left plastic throughout my juice! I obviously can’t use sauce with millions of visible pieces of plastic in it! Over 6 bushel’s of tomatoes ruined! I just haven’t had the chance to try and return it, clearly it’s defective! BUYER BEWARE!

I used this machine for processing tomatoes. Even with skins being peeled and the tomatoes cored, it clogged constantly and made a mess out of the whole process. It took three times longer than it should have, and I definitely will be returning. The assembly process was easy but that is irrelevant since it didn’t work for the sole intention I had purchased it for.
