This freezer is very nice, really solid feeling door and hinges. Quality seal, lightweight. Easy to clean and keep clean, well lit. 10/10

Working very well, it was packaged very well for safe damage free shipping, and of course I knew it would come on a common carrier, so I had it delivered to a location and then took to my location to install it. ( Just FYI common carriers will not bring it into your home or business, that would be on you. In which I knew.) Great buy…..

We’re using it for personal use because we have a lot of freezers and so we’re trying to cut back into using less. I was very happy with how it was shipped. We did not have any dings any scratches anymore the hardest part was just getting it off the base once we did that plugged it in and she got cold right away and then we had her a little bit too cold so we looked up how to turn it down, which was easy to do. I bought some freezer baskets for it and I absolutely love it. I’ll come back in a few months and continue the review a little bit just to let you know how it’s been doing. We’ve had it plugged in for like three days now and so far I am very, very happy with it.

Overall I’m happy with this freezer for the price. It keeps a consistent temperature and the coldest I can get it to read on a thermometer is 0°F, which is fine for my needs. It does build some frost in the corners overnight and the door has very strong suction, so it can be hard to open again right after closing. Capacity is excellent and the unit looks good and is easy to operate. Shipping was the worst part of the experience — missed delivery dates and a long period where the freezer was stuck in limbo with no clear updates. Customer support did respond, and they tried to make things right, but they never fully answered the “why” or “when” behind the delays. The freezer also has a small rattle when the compressor shuts off, but it doesn’t affect performance. For the money, it’s a solid freezer with a few quirks.

This thing looks great. Love the lighting. Only problem is the shelves are crooked on one side. I think the rear grid is off one notch from the factory. Otherwise, for the $, it is a really nice refrigerator. We use it for produce and it looks great with the lighting on the sides. Cools nice and stays at 36-39 degrees. The fan fell off first time I turned it on. Was loose maybe from shipping? But I screwed it back in and has been fine since then. 3 weeks. Just FYI

This is a nice freezer and so far it is working great, but the directions need to cover all the displays information as the set points are not covered at all. It is well packaged for delivery with the wheels being installed and it cools down very quickly when pluged in for the first time.
