have used it once so far and for the price you can not beat it!! This is a nice slicer, it is silent, sharp, stable and does the job well. Only thing is the slice is a pain to clean but this is like most it does take some time to remove everything to clean it up. Advice cut everything you need too before cleaning. I could not be happier with this purchase for the price and what you are getting,

This 10" slicer replaced my cheap 7.5" slicer which was a piece of rubbish that replaced another cheap 7.5" slicer. "Buy it nice or buy it twice" (or in this case, thrice). The belt drive on this machine is way better than the plastic gears found on the cheap slicers. The tray slides back and forth very smoothly with very little force, does not bind up, and has spring stops to prevent the carriage from slamming into the stops. The sharp 10" blade is quite heavy which adds momentum to the blade as it cuts without bogging down. The slice adjustment is great, having accurate easy to see adjustment markings and a large knob. The slice thickness does not vary at all while slicing and it will cut paper thin slices "so thin they only have one side". I cuts so well and is fun to make thin deli slices of meat and cheese. Once I start slicing something, end up cutting more than I need for the occasion just because it's such a pleasure to use. The all metal construction is nice and heavy and doesn't flop around on the counter like the cheap plastic 7.5" slicers that need suction cup feet to hold them in place. It was a bit pricey, but after using it I have no regrets on the money spent, and I will never need another slicer. It is a good acquisition and I would 100% recommend this to a friend.

does the job that 3 thousand dollar slice do. Feels like it it built well and shave steak down to paper thin to make awesome steak and cheese sandwichs and so much more. works on froxzen meats. Cuts an onion so fast there is no time to cry. tomatoes and potatoes for chips or fries. Very good deal

machine de trés bonne manufacture ,j ai eu des doutes mais elle ne soufre pas ,les réglages d'épaisseur ne bouge pas et sont respecté elle est facile au nettoyage j aurai aimé que la clef pour la lame ai un logement c est tout merci

Great unit, works fantastic, can cut upto 15mm slices,. Only down side it its a bit difficult to clean some parts..
