Solid machine, Does not cut like a true commercial grade top end slicer. Cut Turkey for the church function and did not match the commercial grade slicer provided by the church. It cut Venison nice and slim to make Jerky. That went very well.

received the 200W meat slicer today. It was very heavy, did not look like it was cheaply made. After initial cleaning I sliced 6-7 lbs of corned beef i had made. It seemed to a fine job, and had enough power for the job. Although the length of product being sliced is limited to about 8-10" I can work with that, since this is for home use. I liked the sharpening tool, after loosening knob, raising it and rotating 180 degrees, then lowering and tightening knob, the stones seemed to line up just fine with the blade. I will see how well they work when the blade needs sharpening, but it looks like they will work. cleanup required some disassembly, but that was expected to get it clean. Overall 2 thumbs up!

very happy with it. wish the thickness dial was inches. little better directions on how to take apart to cleand and how to use the sharpener better.

It's kind of slow to cut and has difficulty couldn't cabbage or any other hard vegetable. When cutting meat it does a fair job. One thing I don't like is that when cutting anything that there's no way of catching it as the slices fall off. So basically you're going to have to let it fall and then collect it behind it. You cannot put a plate behind it to catch the meat or anything else. You're just going to end up with a mess you have to pick up. It also doesn't drop the meat and nice stacks behind the maid slicer.

It's an excellent slicer, but it lack in power to slice ham and other meat. That it what I used it for so far.

The product is great and very easy to use. It seems well made and after the first use, fairly easy to clean. Only issue is delivery, I ordered the product on the 15th May, website stated delivery between 18th-20th May. I received the product on the 27th May. I assume its due to the carrier they use, I have just ordered another product from them, and delivery again seems to be an issue.

2 choses négatives à relever : Notice uniquement en anglais. beurk le réglage de la coupe est déréglé. Je ne sais pas comment cela à pu se passer. Après avoir reçu la machine je l'ai actionné, il était nickel. Le ZERO alignait la lame et le plateau de coupe. J'ai démonté le plateau de coupe pour le laver. Au remontage je dois mettre la graduation sur 2 pour couper. Entre ZERO et 2 cela ne coupe pas. Je fais du pain maison, il est un peu écraser lorsqu'on le tranche. Mais bon, je pense que cela vient de la consistance du pain. Par contre, facilité de coupe parfaite. Je ne regrette pas mon achat. J'ai fait de la chiffonnade. Impécable.
