I use this every night upstairs (have one downstairs too)! It's quiet and efficient, just plug it in, set it and let it go to work! Perfect!

It works well. Pulls the water out of the air like nobody’s business. Easy to use. Very happy with this purchase. I will be purchasing another for a different part of the basement.

so far so good. perform as what is expected.

Put it in the laundry room to help dry clothes fast cut drying time in half

Do NOT listen to the bad reviews. This is a real-deal R290 dehumidifier with a laundry (continuous) setting, which pulls a full 2L tank every 24 hours in my 20°c bathroom (even when I don't shower), and runs at (and I have verified this) just ~100 watts continuous. It can keep the humidity as low as ~25%. For the input power—fabulous. Compared to my old R410A dehumidifier—this nearly saves its own unit cost in energy every year (at ~$164.90). Not super noisy either. Absolute 10/10, can't recommend enough

Love it this thing has sucked so much water out of the air it's unbelievable highly recommended

First unit was damaged during shipment. Vevor customer support provided a return label and shipped out a replacement. Kudos to them. The replacement unit arrived unscathed and has been functioning flawlessly. We use it to keep moisture levels down overnight in our barn to reduce morning condensation issues. It pulls out about 2 gallons every evening and keeps humidity down around the low 40%. Humidity on the unit matches closely with an independent humidity gauge. Very happy with the results.

I ordered 3 of these for our basement to help with the moisture. One came very quickly but the other two never came. I contacted the company and after some back and forth they must have realize they didn’t ship the other two out. I received them very quickly after this. They seem to be helping out with the musty smell in the basement. I would order again and I’ve been very pleased with these and other products I have purchased from Vevor.

I bought this last May. It's way quieter than my old 70-pint Tosot dehumidifier. The far end of the basement is not as dry with the Vevor unit, as with the Tosot, but this is expected as the former is smaller. Set to drain via the connecting hose, so far it has been working flawlessly.

I bought this for a new apartment. This review is about the customer service and not the product. The product came in a box that was badly beat up with tears, creases slashes and holes in the box itself. I was afraid because of the way this arrived and was handled during delivery that the product may have been internally damaged. This company emailed with me back and worth had me send pictures and worked with me to return it for a full refund. I am pleased with their customer service. Too bad though, I am afraid to order another due to the condition this box was in. But as I stated, their customer service kept. made it right. Thank you VEVOR. O and I did purchase the shipping insurance. I suggest if you order, purchase the shipping insurance. You never know what the shipping might do to your newly purchased things.
