Overall a good little dehumidifier. It does not remove the amount of moisture it claims to though. I had to get a second one and they still never satisfy at45% humidity in my basement. They run 24/7. Overall they do keep the humidity lower then if I didn’t have them though. Basement is within the specified square footage for one unit, but two don’t even satisfy.

I do not think I would buy this again. Matter fact, I will probably be returning. I previously Had a 50 pint dehumidifier that stopped working. I thought this one was slightly bigger so I went with it.. however it is actually a much smaller unit and the collection bin is tiny. It fills up very fast so unless you’re changing it constantly throughout the day, you will not get 52 pints.. additionally, the way it is designed the water fills too high up to the top and there’s virtually no way of taking it out without spilling it. The controls are hard to do. They are not very responsive. To empty it you also have to spend it around and take it out the back and there is no handle.. compared to my previous one this is very much inferior.

Doesn’t really seem to be doing anything. Even when set to continuous dehumidification and has the drainage hose attached, it never gets below 48%, and now it’s up to 65%. I would not recommend

I’m pretty pissed off it took them a month to respond Tharp asked if I wanted a refund when I specifically remember if I wasn’t delivered on time I would get 20% off

This unit was dead on arrival. Unit comes on but does not dehumidify at all. Hasn't produced a single drop of water. Meanwhile the humidity in my home continued to rise. Attempted to deal with support. Was told someone would help me withing 48 hours which never happened. Then, when trying to initiate the return/refund I was told someone would reach out to me within 24 hours. Got to be kidding me. Guess we'll see...

Au bout d'un mois il ne fonctionne plus. Vevor me propose de me débrouiller pour le faire réparer et ils paient soit disant la facture ou ils me donnent 22$ de compensation: ridicule. Je l'ai payé plus de 250 et la garantie prolongée m'a coûté à elle seule plus de 35$. La moindre des choses aurait été qu'ils assument leur responsabilité et me remboursent intégralement y compris le prix de la garantie. Ou qu'ils me l'échangent. Très déçu et avant de recommander chez eux, je vais y penser à deux fois.

I have a concern regarding using this product(dehumidifier)since this dehumidifier used flammable refrigerant, the propane gas is used. My house with hyper dog including the energetic kids of mine may have high risk using this dehumidifier near by. I am concerned of they might knock it down which may cause leaking of the propane gas and plus my bedroom is not 4m2 square enough for the dehumidifier to be used as the manufacturer has mentioned. I would like to return and get a refund. I am still waiting for the response from the Vevor customer service. This is the second day since I had submitted the request to return the product.
