This product received as damaged, customer service is like shit. not able to get hold of the item. No one will respond to your tickets and the product is unable to return. they will not provide you a return label too. Complete scam.

This online description says it's 80 pints. "VEVOR 80 Pints Dehumidifier for Home & Basement, Capacity: 80 pt" When I received the dehumidifier it says right on the dehumidifier that it's 35 pints per day not 80. Total false advertising.

I ordered the 35 pint, however, that is not what I received. The company wouldn't let me return it. This unit was too small for what I needed. Every time I would have communication through email (because there is not a phone number for this company to call) , I had a different person. I just wanted what I ordered, but that didn't happen. I have bought many items from Vevor in the past and this was the first time I had an issue. It left a horrible taste, customer service gave me round around, wouldn't answer questions I asked. The unit is way too small for the area needed. The buttons don't seem to work correctly, had to touch/push multiple times to get it to work. The timer didn't seem to work either. The whole experience was negative and I don't think I will be ordering anything else from Vevor. It's a shame, because I really liked this company and the products. Customer service needs to be more customer friendly.

Vevor advertized this Dehumidifier that sounded great! So I ordered it in good faith; however, the water tank is small, clumsy, just like a toy …..! It’s not the product I thought it would be….!!😡😡🤬👎.( The advertisement said that it covers 2500 square feet. To do this, the machine must be much bigger and stronger than this!! Aso, they shipped it much later than promised.
This product is not worth ordering and wasted my time and money. They don't even have a customer service phone number!!
