Works well. Very quiet. Very satisfied!!

I bought this to use in my basement that has moisture issues. After I put this in the basement, took all of one day to dry out the floors and dry out the walls of the basement. I leave this running 24 seven and I have had for over a year have not had any issues. At this price tag I would definitely recommend.

Works as it should and love the auto drain part as I’m away a lot so I never have to worry that it’s full and no one to empty it out

This humidifier has been wonderful for getting rid of the moister smell in our basement. It was very easy to set up. We have not used the tank fill part we just bypass the tank and the water goes directly through a tube to the drain. We use the automatic setting on the dehumidifier where we set the humidity percentage and it runs as needed. Things to consider....The drain tubing that comes with the humidifier seemed a bit cheap and flimsy. We decided to use a more durable tubing that we had from another dehumidifier. The manual does not give a guide as to the different symbols on the dehumidifier screen (that would be a helpful change) but you can figure it our with some trial and error.

Much quieter and more efficient than my old dehumidifier. So far I'm really happy with it. It's maintaining 45% humidity in my basement without much effort

I'm very pleased with this product. It took my unfinished basement from 60+% humidity down to ~40% in just 2-3 days. It is extremely quiet, making it perfectly suitable for occupied living spaces. I do have two minor issues to mention: (1) The instructions aren't clear regarding the various modes, and the little illuminated icons are not obvious. The manual describes each mode, but not which symbols are for which modes, so it's difficult to know which mode is set. So, I'm still not exactly sure if I've got it set correctly, but it does seem to be doing what I want. (2) The optional drain hose was difficult to attach. I was still getting full buckets of water (and the unit shutting down) even with the drain hose attached. I tinkered with it several times and got the same results, before finally heating the hose with a hair dryer and trying again. I think it just needs to be pushed on the drain nipple really far, which is hard because the thin hose material starts to collapse. Heating the hose made it a bit more flexible. It has now been running quietly for several weeks, keeping my un-conditioned, unfinished basement (900~1000 sq.ft.) at a fairly steady 42-43% humidity. I'd ideally like to see it down near 35%, but it has been an unusually rainy/humid fall here.

Easy setup, just follow the directions and before you know it the area you wanted to remove humidity is exactly where you want it to be! Can't believe I waited as long as I did to make this purchase!

Love it,runs great an asset to our home.I would buy it again.

A Plus

I was skeptical because I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on the website. But for the price in the capacity, it was a great buy! The dehumidifier works as it's marketed, it has a lot of good features in reading the dehumidification in the basement and it's pretty close to our dehumidifier meter. Fills up very quickly and has a lot of good features. If you're looking for a good quality at a good price, definitely get it! For reference, this review was not sponsored. I'm an actual buyer lol
