Doesn’t really seem to be doing anything. Even when set to continuous dehumidification and has the drainage hose attached, it never gets below 48%, and now it’s up to 65%. I would not recommend

This unit was dead on arrival. Unit comes on but does not dehumidify at all. Hasn't produced a single drop of water. Meanwhile the humidity in my home continued to rise. Attempted to deal with support. Was told someone would help me withing 48 hours which never happened. Then, when trying to initiate the return/refund I was told someone would reach out to me within 24 hours. Got to be kidding me. Guess we'll see...

There is a reason this unit doesn't have a very large tank for moisture collection. It is because the unit cannot do anywhere near its rating. A more realistic number is 1/10 what it is rated for. So the 35pint rated is more like 3.5pints per day. And this is at normal basement temps of about 65f and at 70+% humidity (a level which this unit should EXCELL). Ratings should at least be for room temp when you test at a minimum. Sure, do it at saturated air levels, but do a realistic temperature so someone doesn't buy a 35pint rated unit thinking it will at least draw out half that. I needed 12pints per day removal and I get way less than that. I get that other companies do it too, but set yourself apart and give us numbers we can actually count on when making a purchase decision.

Overall a good little dehumidifier. It does not remove the amount of moisture it claims to though. I had to get a second one and they still never satisfy at45% humidity in my basement. They run 24/7. Overall they do keep the humidity lower then if I didn’t have them though. Basement is within the specified square footage for one unit, but two don’t even satisfy.

I do not think I would buy this again. Matter fact, I will probably be returning. I previously Had a 50 pint dehumidifier that stopped working. I thought this one was slightly bigger so I went with it.. however it is actually a much smaller unit and the collection bin is tiny. It fills up very fast so unless you’re changing it constantly throughout the day, you will not get 52 pints.. additionally, the way it is designed the water fills too high up to the top and there’s virtually no way of taking it out without spilling it. The controls are hard to do. They are not very responsive. To empty it you also have to spend it around and take it out the back and there is no handle.. compared to my previous one this is very much inferior.

Pire cochonnerie que j'ai jamais acheter. ÇA NE FONCTIONNE PAS. Installer dans un de mes garages d'environ 450 pieds carrés , l'humidité était alors a 65% 2 hrs plus tard 64%, j'ai tout essayer et rien a faire. Je contacte la compagnie, ils m'offrent escompte fde 70$, je refuse, 24 hrs plus tard une autre offre de 200$ de rabais, je refuse en leurs disant que leurs déshumidificateur ne fonctionne pas et tout ce que je veux est de le retourner. Ils ont créditer l'appareil au complet et ils ne m'ont pas demander de le retourner et de le garder. J'aurais du lire lire sur Reddit avant de l'acheter, pas mal tout les gros morceaux qu'ils vendent sont de la cochonnerie.

This product received as damaged, customer service is like shit. not able to get hold of the item. No one will respond to your tickets and the product is unable to return. they will not provide you a return label too. Complete scam.
