Huge mistake. This product is useless. Customer service horrible. Never again buying from this store.

This is a very small unit it is only 1.13 gallon capacity and they sell it as a 52 pint capacity..I contacted vevor and they only had short answers for me and would always say its a 52 pint but this is definitely not 52 pint so I would suggest that you do not purchase this unit because it is only 1.13 gallon capacity size.

Not working

This dehumidifier came to me damaged during shipping. I contacted Vevor immediately for a refund , and this is where the jack around started . It took 1 1/2 week before they agreed to a full refund of my money . They kept making low ball offers to me on my refund to settle . Buyer be ware when purchasing from Vevor .

I ordered the 35 pint, however, that is not what I received. The company wouldn't let me return it. This unit was too small for what I needed. Every time I would have communication through email (because there is not a phone number for this company to call) , I had a different person. I just wanted what I ordered, but that didn't happen. I have bought many items from Vevor in the past and this was the first time I had an issue. It left a horrible taste, customer service gave me round around, wouldn't answer questions I asked. The unit is way too small for the area needed. The buttons don't seem to work correctly, had to touch/push multiple times to get it to work. The timer didn't seem to work either. The whole experience was negative and I don't think I will be ordering anything else from Vevor. It's a shame, because I really liked this company and the products. Customer service needs to be more customer friendly.

This was a horrible experience! They lost my order and then took 3 weeks to confirm it was missing after many emails. When they agreed to refund, the refund has yet to arrive after 3 weeks!

I’m very disappointed about your product of this VEVOR dehumidifier: Vevor advertized this Dehumidifier that sounded great! So I ordered it in good faith; however, the water tank is small, clumsy, just like a toy …..! It’s not the product I thought it would be….!!😡😡🤬👎.( The advertisement said that it covers 2500 square feet. To do this, the machine must be much bigger and stronger than this!! Aso, they shipped it much later than promised. This product is not worth ordering and wasted my time and money. They don't even have a customer service phone number!! I
