I bought this last May. It's way quieter than my old 70-pint Tosot dehumidifier. The far end of the basement is not as dry with the Vevor unit, as with the Tosot, but this is expected as the former is smaller. Set to drain via the connecting hose, so far it has been working flawlessly.

I bought this for a new apartment. This review is about the customer service and not the product. The product came in a box that was badly beat up with tears, creases slashes and holes in the box itself. I was afraid because of the way this arrived and was handled during delivery that the product may have been internally damaged. This company emailed with me back and worth had me send pictures and worked with me to return it for a full refund. I am pleased with their customer service. Too bad though, I am afraid to order another due to the condition this box was in. But as I stated, their customer service kept. made it right. Thank you VEVOR. O and I did purchase the shipping insurance. I suggest if you order, purchase the shipping insurance. You never know what the shipping might do to your newly purchased things.

Très esthétique, très silencieux et fonctionne très bien.

Wow, this a a mighty hard worker, our closet was about 65% humidity and this guy runs nearly constatly and fills up the bucket twice a day. Super quiet, easy controls, and a pleasant keypad sound/tone when cycling buttons or tank fills.

I have had this for about a month, it is running in my basement and is doing a great job, I love it and highly recommend it if you need to keep the moister out of you basement.

Excellent equiptment, verry effective easy to set and forget! It turns off when full so you know when to empty it.

super easy to to get going and super quiet.

Love the flappy door on top

Not only does it work great, it's very quiet and has saved on my power bill. I wish I had bought this unit sooner. 1200 square foot house and run this in the basement, would recommend to anyone. Have to empty every2-3 days so not bad... keeps the humidity as low as you want it to be, I let it run constantly on 50% .

this thing gets my basement drier than the 2 name brands I had but it makes the electric meter spin!
