This cooler is just what I needed. I brew tea for kegs in this and wanted to stay away from plastics since I steep for a couple hours. It holds 170 deg F for the whole brew. Easy to clean too. The lid will drip condensation everywhere, but you learn how to deal with it when taking lid off. The last bit of liquid can be messy pouring it out, but again you learn how to deal with it after making a couple messes. lol This thing is awesome....and I see they have an 8 gallon now too! I'll be getting one so I can dbl my production in the same amount of time.

Fantastic, keeps water above 70 degrees after 8 hours. For best performance, we fill up with 2 litres with boiling water for 20 minutes, before adding rest. Almost a pre charge to get it primed.
