The customer service is poor; I haven't received a response since I got the product. It was faulty right from the start and is malfunctioning, yet there is no response from VEVOR. I have a brand-new but damaged product that I can't use, and I need a response regarding this, please. It isn't fair that I bought a brand-new product only for it to malfunction—after all, I bought it to actually use, not to keep as an ornament. I need you to address this, please, because I keep writing to you but never get a positive response.

Leaking, not the good quality. Drinks keeps on dripping all the time. Bought other items as well. Vevor is fraud.

I purchased this and the extended warranty (in case we decided to stay on campus for longer) for while my coffee shop was on the local university campus for 8 weeks - March 8th-May8th. It didn't even last 7 weeks before breaking. April 20th the machine stopped working and was no longer keeping the drinks cold...the hot air stopped blowing out and the machine that had consistently been keeping drinks around 37-39F degrees, suddenly out of nowhere just stopped working, the drinks and even just water was sitting at 47-51F degrees. I reached out to the company requesting a replacement and they have been circling me around for over 3 weeks now with their "tech" department, who has given me the same trouble shooting advice twice. First one was changing the temperature gauge inside the machine (which didn't work), their next suggestion was being sure it had at least 30cm clearance around it for proper ventilation - it was sitting on an open counter top when it stopped working, and then on my dining table when I tried to adjust the temperature gauge - which I told them, when I responded both times saying none of that is working, to please send a replacement...I just opened another email telling me to adjust the temperature gauge even though I've already tried it and it did not work. So long story short don't waste your money on the machine, and definitely don't waste the extra money on the extended warranty because clearly they're not going to do anything. Spent $511.09 for something that only lasted 43 days.

Agitator motor stripped out because of cheap plastic gears. Vevor was quick to respond and send me a new motor. However, I don’t feel it was my job to take the machine apart and rewire the new motor into it. Overall cheaply made and I wouldn’t purchase it again.

deçu de la qualité, le distributeur fuit, de plus il n'y a pas de possibilité de réglage de température. l'agitateur se bloc souvent dans le cas ou il y aurait un ajout de fruit ( citron dans l'eau par exemple )

Extremely disappointed. I bought three commercial beverage dispensers, and all of them leak and make excessive noise. Customer support couldn’t resolve the issues despite multiple attempts. Poor quality and not suitable for commercial use. Not recommended.

Keeps leaking got a replacement sent and it’s still leaking
