I was sent a broken unit No hydraulic power at all.

I received it broken and completely unusable. Been 2 days waiting for support to accept a return. They are ignoring it. Assume if you buy something and its broken, they will not respond to a return request.

I unpacked the stand and all looked good out of the box Read instructions while I waited for my new bike to be delivered The lowest level of the stand is still TOO high to fit under dirt bike which is most frustrating. I may have to try and cut and reduce the height to fit under the bike. I have reverted to my old stand Bike is a new KTM 350excf Champions edition I would appreciate some contact to work towards a solution Has anyone else reported this problem? Thanks Darren

De motorlift vertoont grote speling in het hefmechanisme. Als de onderkant gewoon plat op de grond staat, kan je het bovenplateau horizontaal centimeters heen en weer bewegen. Voor mij is dit ding onbruikbaar. Terugsturen was door de hoge verzendkosten geen optie. Ik kreeg wel een vergoeding, maar blijf nu zitten met een slecht apparaat.

I did not receive the product as the forwarder UPS had no control and lost the consignement. Recomend that you avoid UPS in the future as they are a low quality company
