I used to use my meat grinder for stuffing as well, but that was a pain to have to keep loading the meat mix into the tray. This sausage stuffer made the process of stuffing so much quicker. Recently we did 15 pounds of kielbasa, and I was so happy to have this Vevor stuffer. It's so much easier to just load 5 lbs at a time and start cranking out the sausage into the casing. It's also simple to clean when done. The only downside to this stuffer for me was the handle. It would be much better if you were able to attach the handle more securely. When winding up the piston, the handle slips off too easily, but for the price point overall I'm happy with the purchase.

I'm done with the hand crank (8L) unit. No more sore arms and constant restuffing. What a beast! Well built. Could use a lock in feature for the hopper. It gets top-heavy, so be careful when handling until the plunger is seated. Also, make sure you get the larger (260W) motor - you'll be glad you did.
