Get the job done. Keep in mind, “flexible height adjustment and quick leveling” is quite a stretch. Yes, the hitch the adjustable; however to say this is an easy or quick task is grossly overstating the reality.

We had to have someone do the install because we didn’t want to buy the $100 part. The company who installed said they had never installed one of these. Didn’t sound confident in doing it. We will be investing into a better one next year. We have to use zip ties to hold the arms. If we don’t they fall off while driving. The pin is funky probably should find other options like the other reviews.

It never arrived! Instead, a hammer was delivered! I have returned that hammer, but have yet to receive a refund of what I was charged for a trailer hitch that I never got. I ordered on 9/15/2026. I received the hammer on 9/18/2026. When I contacted Customer support, I was informed that an investigation (?) would take several days. I needed that hitch ASAP, so I ordered another, different, hitch from VEVOR It arrived 5 days later and I went pick up my trailer as I was supposed to two weeks earlier. When they finally sent me a shipping label, I returned the hammer! Now, over a month later, I am still waiting for my $276 refund!

While the hitch itself appears to be in good quality and solid construction. The support brackets used to hold up the tension bars are not. After only one short trip the bracket has become bent and unusable. Unfortunately it seems this is occuring to the brackets on both sides. Other brands appear to use thicker metal for these brackets providing more stability for the tension bars. See attached for photo.

Thought I was getting a 1500 lbs WDH. Turns out it is 15000, was not easy to find this out. this is over rated for what I need and they will so far not give me a refund. I am begging them at this point. We'll see what happens.

Purchased in Feb. 2025. Hooking and unhooking the hitch requires wrenching bolts every time. While cumbersome you get used to it. The major defect in this hitch is the manner in which the hitch angle is set. Most hitches use a post with washers for the top bolt so when everything is tightened the hitch cannot change the angle. This hitch uses a bolt you have to screw in/out to adjust the hitch angle. The problem is even when everything is tightened up the top bolt will screw in on its own and slowly relax the hitch angle. This started after a couple of months of use and was having to constantly reset the hitch angle and the bolt got progressively more difficult to adjust. The final straw was when taking the trailer on a trip the top bolt lost its threads.and the bolt was pushed all the way through the hole. Didn't check to see if the threads in the hole were stripped as well, but likely the case. We had to purchase a new hitch to get the trailer home. Having gone round and round with customer support the final thing they offered was paying to have it "repaired" or reimbursing me $25. Even if it can be "fixed" I wouldn't use it again and wouldn't want anyone else to take on the risk. This is going on the scrap metal pile.
