I ordered a pre-cut gun case, I got the case seems sturdy but it was NOT pre-cut as I ordered, I tried to find a number to voice my concerns but none could be found. Today they asked me to leave a review so I hope this is my chance to express my concerns and disappointment. I have not ripped into the foam in hope to replace it with the pre-cut foam I ordered. Please respond

I have a pair of PT92s with 17-round magazines, but they don't fit in the slots provided in the case. Has anyone figured out how to fit them in?

The mag slot is sized in 17mm x 33mm. No Centerfire ammunition mag on the market is so narrow. There are so many holes, but all of them are useless for mag

This case is not as good as the more expensive competitors but it’ll My main gripe is, if you have arthritis of the fingers, you’ll have a hard time snapping the locks open and pulling the mags out because it is really tight with single bank mags. I’m not sure how you use double bank mags with this! The closing of the lid has some uneven resistance which contorts the lid and you’ll need 2 hands to get it to seal properly before you can snap it locked! Overall compared to my Condition1 case is a 7/10 rating!

Case LINER DOES NOT COME AS PICTURED. IS PRE-CUT WITH PLUGS TO PULL OUT.WHICH IS OK BUT LAYER OF FOAM NEEDS TO BE REMOVED TO ACCOMPLISH THIS FOR PISTOL FITTING. I HAD TO SPEND 3 DAYS IN CHAT TO VERIFY THIS. i DIDN,T WANT TO DISTROY . CHAT WAS NOT THAT HELPFUL

The inner liner is definately not accurately designed. Very tight in pistol slots and don't even think about leaving a trigger lick on. Mag slots are definatly pleantifull but for single stack 22lr. I had to cut mine up a lot for 9mm single and double stack mags. Its made very well but the dimensioning 8s def8natelt not for standard handgun and mag sizes.

You do not receive a pre-cut case. There are lines in the foam to direct you, but you have to do all the cutting yourself. And unless you're an expert, it doesn't happen very disappointed, and I got a refund because this case was completely misrepresented

I have no review because I have no product. It was reported lost, yet I was not offered a replacement, just a refund to repurchase it. Not good customer service.

The picture shows it precut and says it is for pistols and magazines. It is not! I bought this as a gift so super disappointed. Should have spent the extra and bought the case one that was cut out. I don't know if this is normal but I don't purchase a lot of gun related items. So be forewarned. It is also very bulky which I figure it has to be but just so you know it is really large and heavy.
