Works amazing, holds alot of oil, great though for big family fish frys

Ottima, da uso professionale.

Super super ,is a super fryer ,more the 6 months and still like new …

We purchased this VEVOR commercial deep fryer for use in our restaurant, and overall, it has been a good addition to our kitchen equipment. The large capacity is definitely a plus, especially when preparing larger batches of food. The stainless steel construction is sturdy, and the temperature controls are straightforward to use. Once the oil reaches the desired temperature, the fryer does a good job of cooking food evenly and producing consistent results. The main reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the 3000W heating element can take some time to bring such a large volume of oil up to temperature, and recovery time between larger batches could be better. This is something to consider if you're planning to use it during busy restaurant service. Cleaning is reasonably straightforward, although dealing with the larger oil capacity requires some extra time and care. Overall, this fryer offers good value for the money. It is a practical option for smaller restaurants, concession operations, or kitchens needing additional frying capacity without investing in much more expensive commercial equipment. With a few improvements to heating performance, it would easily earn 5 stars.

Does exactly what it said about the fryer

I was skeptical at first, however, this piece of equipment ( Fryer) has proven itself to be wonderful! The ability to fry with more space is great. Even heating and stays regulated to temp. I would highly recommend this Fryer.

Made very well and stands up to long periods of use. Cleans up well after heavy use.

Large enough floating fry cookies. Love it!

The equipment was beautiful. I wish I was able to use it, but it was blowing my electricity out of my house so once I get my house rewired with this too expensive right now, I will re-buy the product amazing returning it is amazing. I’m very satisfied and I hope to get my credit back soon on my bill. Thank you.

10/10 — Workhorse fryer that overdelivers for the price. This commercial deep fryer has been an absolute beast in our setup. Large capacity, fast heat-up, and consistent temperature control—it does exactly what you need without any nonsense. The large, open size is a big advantage. You’ve got plenty of volume for real throughput, whether you're running batches in a commercial kitchen or doing heavier-duty prep work. The heating element brings oil up to temp quickly and, more importantly, holds it there. No wild swings, which is critical for product consistency. Build quality is solid stainless and feels durable. The basket is sturdy, and the overall layout is practical—easy to operate and easy to clean, which matters when you're using it regularly. Temperature control is straightforward and reliable. Set it, and it stays there. That kind of predictability is what separates a usable fryer from a frustrating one. For the price, this punches way above its class. If you need a high-capacity electric fryer that performs like a more expensive unit, this is a no-brainer.
