Bout a few months ago as an emergency kit for a cross country trip. Never needed to use it. Used it for the first time to help out a neighbor change her tire. The jack portion works fantastic. It was more than capable to lift her vehicle. The air pump on the other hand is garbage. I was not able to fill even one tire. The air hose is weak and separated at the base inside the tool. It was basically useless. The jack is great, the other part, not so much

Worked fine until I got to the front tire and then stopped working. Doing brakes it left me stranded. The little impact wrench worked well but sounds cheap inside. I don't predict longevity with this tool.

Ordered on about September 21st/26 i bought this jack this to carry in my Truck & had high hopes that it would work as advertised. Received it in good time & Everything looked Good & on Oct 11th 26 I had occasion to put it to use on my Chrysler 300C to change a tire. The Jack preformed as advertised but with 2 problems, It leaked oil badly all over the cardboard I set it on to protect the jack from getting scratched up in case I had to return it for a replacement & the Flimsy plastic doors on it will not latch & stay closed so I tried calling customer service several times over the next week and all I get is a busy signal so I gave up Then I tried texting there ph.# & a few days later I got a reply that I needed to call customer service. A I can say is good luck with that! Bonjour, je profite de ce moment pour vous dire que je suis très déçu du dernier achat. En effet, il me semble avoir commandé l'ensemble avec batteries Je me retrouve avec un système à brancher sur l'allume cigare. Vos autres outils à batterie sont excellents et là je me retrouve avec du filere. Pour le prix c'est pas cool Vous me direz que comme je suis un vieux papy ce n'est pas grave, au contraire, je fonctionne avec mon temps. Comme je n' ai pas gardé l'emballage, je ne peux vous le renvoyer. Tant pis, je me débrouillerai avec ce système. Cordialement Alain DEMAEL

Not happy with this purchase

Junk, bought this thinking I was getting a different package and I got something. completely different.I suppose to get a impact wrench and a remote for the jack.I didn’t get either.sell what your advertising.

Purchased Oct 10th and tested Oct 24, and a good thing I did. 1st issue: lifting my 1998 went well, but the jack jammed going down; it just would not go down. I had to get a second jack to get it out from under my car. 2nd Issue: The impact wrench does nothing; the motor runs, but nothing happens. Let's see how hard it will be to return.

The unit they show in the ad is not what they sell on their site. The ad shows a unit with rechargeable batteries. The unit is received has a car charger plug in with a flimsy lead to the unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING AT THE FINE PRINT BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT!!

The charger is not working after 2 or 3 usages while it was loading the car . Very frustrating.

Not worth your money, broken after first use, electrical issue, switch won't work, vevor won't take it back or replace it, don't waste your money.
