I am very disappointed with the way VEVOR has handled my return and refund request. I have already spent a significant amount of time communicating with your customer service, but instead of arranging the return and refund, the process keeps being delayed. This is my first time purchasing a product from VEVOR, and unfortunately, it has been a very bad experience. The product does not work properly, and I simply want to return it and receive my refund. I do not understand why such a straightforward return request has taken so much time. Please stop delaying this matter and provide me with the return instructions and a full refund as soon as possible. I hope VEVOR can resolve this promptly instead of requiring me to spend more time following up on the same issue.

Leider hebt der Wagenheber keine 5t auf. Mein Auto mit 2,6t hebt er nur hinten auf sodas ich den Reifen wechseln kann. Vorne schafft er es nicht das Auto ganz aufzugeben.

Ne fonctionne plus juste après la fin de la garantie 100 € à la poubelle ! Je ne recommande pas du tout !

The jack couldn't even lift my boat trailer. I had a flat on my boat trailer and this jack just stopped when the weight got on it. It is garbage.

Malheureusement et contrairement aux produits que j'ai acheté chez Vevor, ce cric est très délicat, instable et ne rempli pas les capacités de levave, il est dangereux.

The jack worked well. The electric lug wrench worked well to loosen and remove the nuts, however, it seems the tool did not securely tighten the nuts. I discovered I lost one nut while driving from one rear end tire. I went around checking each bolt on all four tires and found they were all loose which is why the vehicle was making a whooping sound while driving. I manually tighten each bolt myself with the manual lug wrench. Now the vehicle is driving properly and safe drive drive. No fear that I will lose a tire or two while driving.

Bonjour j ai acheter ce cric qui est censé leve 5 tonnes mon camping car fait a peine 3 t et le cric a souleve un côté pour une roue et le deuxième côté il a leve 5 cm et ne monte plus je suis pas content j ai déjà acheter pas mal de chose chez vous qui jusqu'à maintenant fonctionnait bien convertisseur chauffage donc j espère que vous règlerai vite ce soucis car je suis bloqué avec le camping car.Merci pour votre retour

Einzelbewertung der Komponenten: Der Wagenheber ist sehr gut (5 Sterne) Kompressor: Anzeige ist ungenau, insbesondere durch großen Abstand von Zeiger zu Skala (Parallaxe) - zudem war das Glas des Manometers bei Lieferung schon defekt. Ich verwende nun immer ein digitales Manometer zum Testen (2 Sterne) Den Akku-Schlagschrauber habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert. Die Türen für Kabel und Kompressorschlauch machen keinen stabilen Eindruck. Insgesamt 3 Sterne, 4 wenn die Kompressoranzeige besser wäre
