Works decent for most jobs. Will lift an empty trailer, would not lift a single axle on trailer with 26,000 lb load inside. Down function on switch malfunctions often .

Junk, bought this thinking I was getting a different package and I got something. completely different.I suppose to get a impact wrench and a remote for the jack.I didn’t get either.sell what your advertising.

Purchased Oct 10th and tested Oct 24, and a good thing I did. 1st issue: lifting my 1998 went well, but the jack jammed going down; it just would not go down. I had to get a second jack to get it out from under my car. 2nd Issue: The impact wrench does nothing; the motor runs, but nothing happens. Let's see how hard it will be to return.

The unit they show in the ad is not what they sell on their site. The ad shows a unit with rechargeable batteries. The unit is received has a car charger plug in with a flimsy lead to the unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING AT THE FINE PRINT BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT!!

I have already spent a significant amount of time communicating with your customer service, but instead of arranging the return and refund, the process keeps being delayed. This is my first time purchasing a product from VEVOR, and unfortunately, it has been a very bad experience. The product does not work properly, and I simply want to return it and receive my refund. I do not understand why such a straightforward return request has taken so much time. Please stop delaying this matter and provide me with the return instructions and a full refund as soon as possible. I hope VEVOR can resolve this promptly instead of requiring me to spend more time following up on the same issue.
