I couldn't make ice-cream at all had trouble getting a refund but eventually did except a refund for the extended warranty because I don't have a PayPal account.

This ice cream maker actually worked great for us at first—we were able to make all kinds of flavors without much trouble. The setup was simple enough, and once it was running, it did its job. But there are a couple of things that really took away from the experience. For one, there’s no timer, which feels like a big miss for something advertised as “automatic.” You can’t just set it and walk away; you have to babysit it the whole time. And the fact that you still have to freeze the bowl ahead of time is disappointing. With an electronic machine, I expected it to handle the freezing itself, or at least offer something more advanced than just spinning the mixture. It does work, and it can make good ice cream, but for the price, I honestly expected better features and a bit more convenience.

I went to use this for the 2nd time and the motor locked up. I was about 30 mins into making ice cream when the whole thing shut off. It felt hot on the outside. So I put everything back into the freezer and tried again the next day just to find it wouldnt cut back on anymore. Totally disappointed and a waste of money

No funciona, no da vueltas ni enfría, lo tenía guardado para una ocasión especial y cuando lo puse a funcionar hacía un ruido raro, vi que no giraba y pensé q era normal y luego dejó de hacer ese ruido y nunca enfrio
