CH 60, Punches 1/2" 6061 / T65111 aluminum like it's paper. Used a hand pump with 1 hand and punched 5 holes with no real cleanup compared to drilling. Wish I can find resonable priced punches. Seems like the ch70 has better less costly options than the ch 60. Not sure what hydraulic connection they provided, but I swapped to a more common connection to match my Enerpac 10k hand pump.

Couples up really nicely with the air/hydraulic pump, punches a nice clean hole. And surprisingly quick.

I've been drilling holes and finally found the hole punch, wow what a time saver. I've only used it for a dozen holes, so I'm not sure how long it's going to last.

Excellent product, quickly punched 180 holes in 1/8" plate and angle iron. Much better than drilling!

Used this CH-60 punch to cut 3/4" holes in guard rail post with 2510A Air/Hydraulic pump. It does a good job snapping holes in 3/16" steel with a nice loud ring. Neighbors a half mile away asked what that popping noise was. With that said...If you use this unmounted (as holding it on its side punching holes in vertical metal) be prepared to use your muscles. At 38.7 pounds it is a substantial weight to hold in position repeatedly. If it were lighter, It would not work have strength to push a steel punch through another piece of steel. Will have a few hundred plugs before finishing. I can use 3/8" punch to turn them into heavy washers. I'm happy with purchase.

I punched 1 1/2” hole thru 3/8” a36 flat bar using a hand pump and it worked great! Time will tell but for $119 can’t pass it up!

This little guy works like a charm. Punched about 1000 holes the first couple of days upon receiving the tool. This tool is worth the money. I’ve used the 3/8” and 3/4” dies on 1/8” flat bar with no problem. Wish I would’ve bought the foot pedal pump. I recommend this punch tool

It definitely a plus in the shop to punch brackets that we use that are difficult to get at times. Works great for round holes. Everything else is a little difficult to get precisely lined up. Wish they would have a indexing slot at least for the top die which would make it so much easier and useful. If your punching round holes it's absolutely great. I punch 3/16 steel like butter and it's fast.
