I would give it ZERO stars if I could as this it does not operate at 4500 PSI. In their support teams own words "4500 PSI represents the pressure at which the product operates instantaneously. The normal operating pressure is 2000 PSI." This is blatant and deceptive false advertising. Go to Harbor Freight and get their Portland brand for $90, at least that would be easy to return.

It works when I turn it on is about the only good thing I can say about it. Max pressure is maybe 1500 psi there’s no reason to adjust it cause you would never need to turn it down but it will go lower how they claim 4500 psi on this unit. I have no idea. I honestly didn’t really expect it, but I expected more than what it produces.

Rated as 4500 PSI but in reality it's more 1500 psi.
I have another 2700 PSI I wanted to upgrade but it's pretty much a downgrade.
I would not recommand. Even Karsher is better than this

Not meant for serious pressure washing. No where near the purported pressure of 4800psi. More like
1500-2000psi. Good for washing the car but so is the hose.
You get what pay for.

Bought this with enthusiasm as the add keeps on mentioning that it was a 4500 PSI machine, false advertisement as it barely does 1500 PSI. My old Motomaster pressure washer that is 1800 PSI is stronger than this one! And don’t bother contacting VEVOR for a claim; they just close your ticket without any explanation or excuses. Poor customer service. Don’t buy it; it’s a scam!
