Over-all this pressure washer works. What makes it hard to manage is the roll-up hose reel. The hose itself is a very stiff plastic feeling material and retains the memory of coiled up on the reel. This makes the maneuvering of the hose fairly difficult and the "upright" configuration of the washer itself with its comparative light weight, can make the entire unit "unsteady" during use. Reeling up the hose after use is difficult as I am constantly fighting the hose and the "wobbling" of the unit. It does not have enough weight to keep it on the ground. A step molded to the case so you can put a foot on it to stabilize would be advantageous. A more flexible hose would help as well. I have no other issues with the washer.

Says 4500 psi but it is far from that. My brothers 2000 psi power washer feels and seems to be the same so don’t think you are getting a powerful washer.

This is definitely not a 4500 psi 3.5 GPM unit. Not even close. Don't get me wrong it does the job around the house and is sufficient for most tasks but it's is NOT what is advertised. With that said, for the price, how compact it is, and how easy it is, it's a decent little unit for around the house. Getting 3 stars because it's fine but definitely not what's advertised. The build seems fine, outside of the output numbers.

Overall, I like it CCT use works OK but it’s nowhere near the pressure like I thought it was going to be where it was a 4500 psi. I have a 3000 psi but it’s gas powered has twice the power. I was very disappointed as I used it out on a job to Jet spray a sewer line and ended up using my gas powered one to do the job as this one didn’t go up in the pipe nowhere near as good as my 3000 psi

Good but not 4500psi maybe 2000psi at best. Other than that works great and very easy to use. It kinda bothers me that it not what it Saif it was but for the money works good.

It's the typical cheap plastic electric pressure washer. Honestly for the price it's not an awful entry level pressure washer but they should be more honest about its power. There is absolutely no way under any conditions does this thing make 4500psi. I bet it doesn't make 1/3 it's rated pressure.

Have had a chance to wash three vehicles since purchasing it. Seems to do the job OK. The soap dispenser is great and you literally watch the mud slide off. The only way this thing is 4500 psi would be with the 0° nozzle so if you think you’re getting a howitzer of a pressure washer, don’t be surprised that it isn’t. The value in this is in the price and its compact design, which is great. Hopefully it lasts!

Pros: Good pressure, light weight. Cons: Falls over very easy, have to hold machine to unreal hose, no place for extra spray tips.
