Works very good, only issue was the self tapping screws for the flame barrier inside are hard to assemble. Everywhere else, threaded inserts are used, but on the hardest to reach area they provided self tapping screws. Tip: use a 1/4" ratchet with a philips driver to screw these 3 screws in. No complains about function, stove I only used the propane burner and it gets really hot, I like the rotating table for an equally baked crust. I'm satisfied with this purchase, maybe would upgrade to 16" for a bit more space next time.

I bought this directly from the Vevor site. It came within 3 days, packaged very well. I thought the instructions and assembly were pretty good, probably a 7/10. It took about 30 minutes. I really like the heat shield that keeps toppings from burning. It has more clearance for thick crust pizza. The auto rotating stone is great. I found it heated up quickly and had good temperature control. Having a door is a big bonus to help manage temperature.
Usually with a new pizza oven, it takes a couple of attempts to get it right. But my first two turned out perfect.

Maverick Works Well With Propane - Wood Not Worth It

The pizza oven works very well. I've tried both wood pellets and propane and although I thought I would love the authentic experience with wood pellets, it's too much trouble for what it's worth. The time to heat but especially to reheat for a second pizza make it difficult to use, and then cleaning is much more involved as it leaves black soot everywhere inside.
On the other hand, propane is much easier to use and doesn't leave a mess. Here's my recipe for success. Preheat to 800 degrees then, insert the pizza inside the oven while lowering the temperature control to the minimum to prevent the top from burning. Start the automatic rotating plate and remove the pizza after 90 seconds. If you want a second pizza, reheat to 800 and start over. I suggest only opening the door for inserting and removing the pizza in the oven.
