This thing came with no instructions, wrong parts and not enough bolts. Customer service sux also. Cannot get hold of anyone

Serre fragil je viens de acheté un outre la même pour que est la même que le château il ma donné la autorisation si non je acheté plus ça ni ici pas de qualité et 2 mois après 100€ de moins la même serre une honte.... Il ma pas dure 3 mois la serre incroyable Et quand même no me autorise pas a montrer les photos

I give it one star because it got here on time otherwise it is 0 star. Not even three months old and I never got to use it as the first wind tore it to pieces. I've contacted vevor for a replacment or refund. If there is a way to do it I wil update this review if vevor gets back to me or not.

Dopo essere stata montata e fissata come indicato dalle istruzioni, al secondo giorno alla prima folata di vento i lacci si sono strappati ed i pali piegati. Qualità veramente discutibile

C' est simple elles n' ont pas fait 1 an. Percees de partout et ferraille coupee a plusieurs endroits suite au vent recent, pas plus de 70kmh pourtant. en bref c' est 300 balles dans le vent

I am a hard person to please on some issues and this greenhouse does not measure up. Very light weight and not very sturdy. It may work for some, but will not stand up to moderate wind. Now i know!

Elle à tenue 2 ans, les conditions météo actuelle ont eu gain de cause de cette serre, elle c'est écroulée sous le poids de la neige (20cm).

Poly Tunnel never arrived! There's no one at VEVOR you can actually speak to ...wasted hours on live chat and took 3 weeks to get a refund. I couldn't even get hold of delivery company XDP as non of the phone numbers on line would connect and their email address just bounced emails back to me. The delivery company showed a delivery photo that wasn't my address so they just dumped it at a random property. Vevor could not have been more uninterested if they'd tried to whether the parcel had been stolen or just lost in transit!! It was a total nightmare trying to get a refund and I wouldn't order from them again if they were the last company in existence!!

Hard to deal with. Bad packaging. Will not do business with them again. Slow to respond. Can't get info on parts that were missing from box.
